Slum Cinema Chapter Rwanda

In 2008 we did a Chapter survey in Rwnada. We found two partners (YES Rwanda and DEC) and a lot of support by people and organisations. One of the supporter in Kigali is Eric Kibera a local filmmaker. He is also director and initiator of the Rwandan International Film festival who has lots of experience in the business.
